The Liars and Lunkers held their first fall tournament on September 7th out of Crawford's Landing in Slidell, Louisiana. The participating teams found the West Pearl River at a level of seven (7) feet, but stilly muddy. Little wind and high temperatures resulted in a tough day and tougher bite as only three (3) limits were brought to the scales. The father and son team of Jason Pittman and Trenton Pittman prevailed with a heavy stringer of 11.32 pounds. Their stringer also included the days biggest bass that weighed in at 4.16 pounds. In second was the team of Bruce and Timmy Dickens with a total weght of 7.16 lbs. Chad Hartzog and Ricky Benitez took third with a bag weighing 6.85 lbs.
