The Bass Assassins gathered at the East Pearl River launch Sunday morning. All 24 anglers arrived to find a high muddy river but that didn't dampen the spirits of anyone. At the weigh in it was obvious the day was a very spot and pattern specific kind of day. For some folks it was a really tough day as they only brought in a few fish if any. Barret Saunders ended up in second with 4 fish weighing 8 lbs. 8 oz. In third place was a great upcoming young angler Payton Waller. Payton had a 8 lbs. 2 oz. limit. Ron Garic took home fourth place with 8 lbs. 1 oz. First place in the little tanglers was Jared Dickens who had 2 fish weighing 3 lbs. 4 oz.
