Today the Bass Assassins launched on the East Pearl. There was a north wind blowing bringing a chill with it. The north wind also was affecting the tide turning what was supposed to be a in coming tide into a out going tide. Anglers were lined up at the launch making last min. adjustments to their equipment for the change in weather. When you have sudden changes like that the veterans on a body of water usually shine due to the wealth of experience. In a close finish Tyler Bunn took home the win with a limit weighing 7 lbs. 9 oz. Eric Ciko was right on his heels with a 7 lbs. 8 oz. limit. Right behind Eric was Jimmy Dorris who was sponsored earlier in the year by GotchaDecals.com , with a 7 lbs. 7 oz. limit. Big fish honors went to Joe Picone who is sponsored by Gus's Tackle and Nets, with a beautiful 3 lbs. 13 oz. bass.
