Ingredients
2 large or 4 smaller Redfish filets (skin/scales on) 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1 medium diced poblano pepper 1 tsp minced garlic 1 Tbls creole mustard Juice of 1 lime (approximately 2 Tbls) 1 tsp crystal hot sauce or to taste 1/2 cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1. Saute vegetables in 1/4 cup of the oil on med heat until onions are clear and then remove from heat. |
