Joe Picone The Tchefuncte River was still showing signs of the Hurricane at 9 anglers fished the Double Nickel event. The water was fairly clean but there was debris floating everywhere. In the end, Bobby Newberry dodged the debris and found the fish. Newberry weighed in a 3-fish limit of 3.51 pounds. Steve McCoy won the big bass pot with a bass that weighed 2.24 pounds.
