Chris Basey A large crowd of 32 anglers gathered at the 4th street launch on Tchefuncte River for the last Bass Assassins tournament. The weather has been good leading up to the tournament and the river was stable. This had everyone itching to get out and fish. The fishing was great as seen by the amount of fish brought into the scales. Not a lot of big fish caught but there was a lot of fish were brought into the scales. After the scales were closed it was Devin Artigue who ended up on top with a 8.69 lbs. limit.

Following Devin in second we find Dustin Touchet with a limit totaling 7.33 lbs. John Seghers took home third place with a 6.91 lbs limit. In fourth we find Chris Basey with a 5.64 lbs. limit. Rounding up the top five we find Wayne Richardson with a limit totaling 5.36 lbs.

Chris Rodriguez took home the big fish honors for his only fish he caught which was a beautiful 4.37 lbs. largemouth.
