Dwain Crumby The Double Nickel Bass Club fished the East Pearl River on Tuesday morning. 22 boats showed up to compete on a river that was a little on the muddy side despite heading north or south. The morning saw light winds which strengthened towards the end. Dwain Crumby led the way claiming first place with a 3-fish tournament limit weighing 7.529 pounds. Crumby also caught the 2nd big fish: a 3.803-pound bass. In second place was Jason Lee with 5.467 pounds. Third place went to Bob Perry with 5.002. pounds. The big fish pot was claimed by David Purridy who weighed in a 4.211-pounder
