Nineteen anglers gathered at the Main Street launch for our second Bayou Lacombe tournament of 2025. It was a mild breezy morning and the water temps were already in the low 80's before the sun came up. The day quickly turned into a hot windy day. The fishing was tough which was evident by the bags brought into the scales. Out of nineteen people only four brought in limits, ten anglers brought in 2-3 fish, and five blanked. Up top we find a Bayou Lacombe hammer John Seghers who powered through the tough conditions to bring in a 8.64 lbs limit to top the field.

Eric Ciko claimed second with a 6.70 lbs. limit. Third and big fish went to Bruce Vallelungo who brought in two fish for 5.30 lbs. and a kicker that weighed 3.99 lbs.
