Keith Lusher The Double Nickel Bass Club fished the Tchefuncte River on Tuesday. 11 anglers showed up to fish a river that was spared from the recent storms. The river was in tip top shape as a north breeze moved the water ever so slightly. In the end Joe Picone came out on top with a 3-fish tournament limit weighing 4.390 pounds. Picone's bag was anchored by a 1.920 bass which won the big fish pot. In second place was Wayne Wicker with a limit weighing 3.970 pounds. Bobby Newberry came in thrid with 3.230 pounds.
