Dwain Crumby It was a very comfortable morning cool and light breeze as 19 boats showed up tp fish the Double Nickel (east) event at the Pearl River. There were two tides today with very little movement. While everyone caught lots of fish, there wasn't any size to them.
At the weigh-in Ralph Dunn took first place with 7.83 pounds. Dunn also won the big bass pot with a 3.66-pound bass. In second place was Ronnie Flowers with 3 fish weighing 6.45 pounds. Joe Frierson came in third palce with a limit weighing 6.00 pounds.
