Morgan Schutte Liars and Lunkers held their third tournament of the season on Sunday April 28th, 2024 on what had to be the windiest day of the year on the mighty East Pearl. Anglers faced sustained winds of 25+ mph with gusts up to 35mph almost all day long other than a very brief period first thing in the morning. The pearl was falling hard but the winds were pushing tidal water right back up the river causing some adverse conditions to say the least. At the 12 o'clock weigh in all anglers got to see how the weather affected mostly everyone. Taking home 1st place honors was the team of Tyler Allgood and Steele Sessions with a solid 10.24 lb bag.

2nd place went to Mark Mohr with 8.24 pounds. Finishing in 3rd place was Kendal Martin and Michael Blackwell with 6.41 pounds. Big Bass of the tournament went to the team of John Andrews and Scott Mitchell with a nice 3.05 on a tough day.
