I Got a tip from a friend and hit Little Lake early Friday morning before work. My buddy's son had been out the previous day and smacked down a few limits with his bud's so he and I hooked up and got after 'em. We don't fish together often, or should I say...often enough because we always have a good time. Caught a 2 man limit between 9:00 and 12:00 dragging traps through the stump fields. We got back to the office for 12:30 to deliver a couple of trucks. Not a bad birthday at all!  Blue/Chrome on Flouro-carbon line was money. Lead line with a  flouro leader caught fish too. Unfortunately my line to line (lead to flouro) tying skill negated any fish in the box from my lead lined trolling rig. I have since taught myself how to tie a "uni to uni" knot. Mono failed miserably.

All fish were 16"-19" but not one undersize was landed. I did lose one nice size fish trying to sling it over the sides. Nothing like netting a pissed off fish with a Rattle Trap in it's mouth!! I do have some GoPro footage if I can find the time to deal with the editing software and slice it, dice and smash it down to something half way presentable.
