Joe Picone The Double Nickel Bass Club fished the Tchefuncte River on Tuesday. The river was dirty and falling as 8 anglers did battle on a cool overcast day with spotty rain showers. It was a tough day as half of the field got skunked. In the end it was Bobby Newberry who figured out the fish by catching 3 fish weighing 3.64 pounds. Newberry also caught the big fish of the day: a 1.77-pound bass. Tommy Rogers came in second place with 2.75 pounds.
