Dwain Crumby The weather was nice on Tuesday morning, but later, it turned hot. The rising river and an incoming tide made it a grind to catch fish. A few of the 21 boats that showed up did find a few fish. In the end it was Butch Thurmond who came in with the heaviest bag with three fish weighing 5.45 pounds. CJ Pichon claimed second place with 5.05 pounds and 2nd place big bass at 2.43 pounds. Jerry Bullock took third place with 4.67 pounds. Rob Watson claimed big bass honors with a 2.84-pound bass.
