This past Sunday fifteen anglers showed up to fish the Bass Assassins out of Main Street launch on Bayou Lacombe. The weather has been not really mild but also not volcanically hot leading up to this tournament with just a small amount of rain the day before. The water was normal height and coming in. Not the best conditions to hope for however it turned into a good day. After the weigh in Chris Basey ended up on top with a 8.33 lbs. limit.
Eric Ciko finished second with a 7.54 lbs. limit. In third, we find Jimmy Dorris with 4 fish totaling 6.79 lbs. Paul Paille took home the big fish honors with a 4.14 lbs. kicker.
