We are winding down the year with only 3 more tournaments left. Today it was small crowd that came out to enjoy the beautiful day today. There was mixed reviews at the weigh in. Some people caught a lot, and some struggled to put a keeper in the boat. Due to these tough conditions the Bayou Liberty vets did good today. Jimmy Dorris lead the pack after the dust settled. He brought in a nice limit that tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 2 oz. Nipping at his heals was Timmy Dickens with a 4 fish bag weighing 6 lbs. 14 oz. Timmy did also bring in the biggest fish of the day which went 4 lbs. 6 oz. In third was Patrick Engerran with four fish weighing 5 lbs. 13 oz.
Our next tournament is set for Oct. 5th at East Pearl. If you have any questions you can call Chris Basey at 985-707-7857 or email bassassassinsla@gmail.com
