Dwain Crumby The Double Nickel (East) fished the East Pearl River. The tide was high as veryone showed up to the launch. Despite the forecast, the tide didn't start falling until 10:00 p.m. which led to not many fish being caught. Guy Stegall took first place with 3-fish weighing 5.56 pounds. C J Mayeux came in second place with a limit that weighed 4.65 pounds. In third place was Ralph Williams with a 3-fish bag that weighed 4.43 pounds. Williams also won the big fish pot with a bass that weighed 2.72 pounds.
