It was a sticky, and hot day today on the bayou. It started with a foggy mist in the air that turned into a cloudy morning. Then the sun came out and heated everything up. Except for the action. The word was the same up, and down the bayou as you passed people fishing. Just a raised hands, and shaking heads. At the scales the story was the same. Only two limits were brought in. Kevin Willams brought in the biggest limit with a bag weighing in at 6 lbs. 11 oz. Paul Paille took second with the only other limit that weighed 6 lbs. In third was Jason Pittman with 3 fish weighing 5 lbs. 10 oz. Jason also had the big fish of the day with a 3 lbs. 11 oz. kicker.
Other anglers who brought in fish: William Mattie 3 fish 4 lbs. 9 oz. Allen Broadway 4 fish 4 lbs. 5 oz. Zack Zimmerman 3 fish 3 lbs. 3 oz. Jarred Norris 3 fish 3 lbs. 8 oz. Lance Jarrell 3 fish 3 lbs. 4 oz. Chris Basey 2 fish 3 lbs. Joe Picone 2 fish 2 lbs. 14 oz. Patrick Engerran 1 fish 2 lbs. 9 oz. Ronald Pierre 1 fish 2 lbs. 3 oz. |
