The last points tournament of the 2017 Liar's and Lunker's season was held at Crawford's Landing on June 11, 2017. The 21 teams that entered the tournament found very tough conditions waiting for them at the boat launch. The West Pearl River was at nearly 15 feet on the Pearl River gauge, there had been what seemed like constant rain for days prior and the wind was going to get stronger by the hour. At blast off, only a handful of boats headed north. The vast majority headed south to fish areas in the marsh. The mother and son team of Toni and Caleb Beaudette were victorious with a 10.62 pound stringer. Bobby Dampier was a close second with 10.35 pounds. Bobby also had the days biggest bass at 3.60 pounds. The top four teams received cash prizes and are as follows:
st 10.62 lbs Toni and Caleb Beaudette
nd 10.35 lbs Bobby Dampier
rd 10.34 lbs Tim Polk and Tim Bennett
th. 9.70 lbs Rustin and Christian Beaudette
